Boots & Blue Jeans Event

Annual General Meeting
on Saturday, April 22nd at
Timber River Station, #33023 Range Road 43, Sundre
AGM: 1:00 p.m. (no charge, must hold current membership to vote)
Doors Open: 4:00 p.m.
Ticket Price: Age 6 & Over: $50 each
Under 5: Free (must be registered for seating purposes)
Hosting at Timber River Station gives us the ability to host this event to a much larger group with their 200'x100' indoor arena.
We will be offering a catered roast beef dinner, draws and silent auctions, followed by a dance with entertainment by Tracy Millar and the Little Millar Band.
Safe ride home service will be available.

We have been advised that there is
NO CAMPING available at Timber River Station this year for the banquet.
The Sundre Community Van will be available as a safe ride home service (within reasonable distance)
Mountain View Inn has agreed to offer discounted rooms until April 18th
Mention that you are staying with the 'SLOPES' when booking
